ingredients

  • 60 g of Beamy mix for Egg
  • 240 g cold water (4°C)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • EVO oil to taste

PROCEDURE

Finely chop an onion and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Add the sliced zucchini, a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, pour the contents of the Beamy packet and add the cold water (4°C). Mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Add the onions and zucchini to the mixture after allowing them to cool slightly, and mix well to combine.

Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and pour the entire mixture into it.

Spread it evenly with a spatula, cover with a lid, and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
