How to prepare a tasty pulses puree (4 servings)
Pour the contents of the bag into 500 ml of water (or into 250 ml of water + 250 ml of vegetable drink or cow's milk).
Mix with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
Cook in the microwave for 5/6 minutes at 800 watts. Stir until smooth and adjust salt to taste.
