ingredients

(for 500 g of custard)

  • 30 g of Beamy mix for Egg
  • 125 g water
  • 20 g flour (also gluten-free)
  • 65 g sugar
  • 320 g milk or vegetable drink
  • Lemon zest and/or vanilla to taste

PROCEDURE

In a saucepan, heat the milk or vegetable drink with the vanilla and/or lemon zest.

In a bowl, combine the Beamy mix with the water and mix with a whisk until well combined.

Add the sugar and flour and mix until smooth.

Gradually pour in the hot milk/vegetable drink, continuing to mix. Cook until the cream has thickened well.

Once cooled, whisk it to make an even smoother cream.
