Pour the entire contents of the Beamy mix into a bowl. Combine 250 ml of cold refrigerated water and 3 tablespoons of EVO oil and mix until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Take the dough and shape 6 mini sticks then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for about 6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Lightly heat the wraps on both sides. Spread hummus on the base of the wrap and stuff with the grilled vegetables and mini spicy kebabs (3 sticks per wrap). Roll up the wrap, cut in half and serve.
