For the loaf:
1 packet of Beamy veggie burger mix, beef or chicken flavor (120g)
250 g cold water (about 4°C / 40°F)
3 tablespoons oil
For the filling:
1 packet of Beamy veggie medallion mix (100g), any flavor
100 g water
25 g oil


PROCEDure
1 - Prepare the loaf mixture
In a bowl, combine the Beamy burger mix with cold water and oil. Mix well, then refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
2 - prepare the filling
In another bowl, mix the Beamy medallion mix with water and oil. Shape into a compact cylinder and refrigerate to set while you continue.
3 - Assemble the loaf
Roll out the loaf mixture into a rectangle large enough to wrap around the filling cylinder.
Carefully roll the mixture around the filling, sealing the edges well.
4 - Bake and serve
Place the roll in a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Slice into thick rounds to reveal the colorful filling and serve with roasted vegetables or a light sauce of your choice.
