1 packet of Beamy veggie medallion mix (100g), any flavor
100 g water
2 tablespoons oil
50 g gluten-free breadcrumbs

In a bowl, pour the Beamy mix and add the water and oil. Stir until smooth and easy to shape. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to let the mixture firm up.

Shape into sticks of your preferred size, then roll them in gluten-free breadcrumbs, pressing lightly so they stick evenly.

Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) and fry the sticks for about 4 minutes, until golden and crispy.
