ingredients

  • 10 g of Beamy plant-based mix for Egg
  • 40 g of cold water from the refrigerator (4°C)
  • 100 g of 00 flour
  • 125 g of plant-based drink as desired
  • 15 g of seed oil
  • 25 g of sugar
  • 8 g of baking powder
  • Vanilla extract, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Maple syrup/fresh fruit for garnish

PROCEDURE

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, plant-based drink oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix with a whisk until you obtain a smooth dough.

In another bowl, pour in the Beamy plant-based mix for Egg, add the cold water from the refrigerator, and whisk well.

Add the mixture to the rest of the ingredients.

Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.

Cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes or until small bubbles appear on the surface then flip the pancake and cook the other side for 1 minute.

Serve them hot, accompanied by maple syrup and/or fresh fruit.
