ingredients
1 pack Beamy mince mix
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
Half onion
1 clove of garlic
1 chili pepper
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
5,29 oz of drained black beans
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed
Paprika to taste
Cumin to taste
Coriander to taste

PROCEDure

Pour the entire content of Beamy mix into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix until smooth.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and chilli. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the chopped mixture and cook until golden brown. Add the rehydrated ground mince and brown for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper and leave to cook for about ten minutes, continuing to stir.

When the sauce has started to thicken, add the brown sugar and spices to taste (paprika, cumin, coriander...).

In the end add the well-drained black beans, continue stirring and leave to cook for another 5 minutes.
