PROCEDURE

For the smoked tofu:

Cut the smoked tofu into cubes. Transfer it to a container with the tamari, oil, salt, and paprika. Mix well and let marinate for a few minutes. Set aside.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta. When the pasta is almost cooked, heat a non-stick pan and sauté the tofu with its marinade over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. 

For the sauce:

In a pan, whisk the plant-based mix for Egg with the room temperature water. Add the oil, salt, nutritional yeast, and the hot pasta cooking water, then blend everything with an immersion blender to obtain a smooth sauce.

Drain the pasta

Combine the drained spaghetti with the prepared sauce and mix.

Serve with smoked tofu and freshly ground black pepper.
