1 whole pack for Beamy mix for Mashed Legumes
500 ml of water
400 g of snow peas
500 g of cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt to taste
2 cloves of garlic

PROCEDURE

Cut the ends of the snow peas and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the purée by pouring the entire pack of Beamy mix for Mashed Legumes into 500 ml of water. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring until the purée thickens. Salt to taste.

In a small saucepan, sauté the garlic in plenty of olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Salt to taste. Once cooked, remove the tomatoes from the pan.

In the same pan where you cooked the cherry tomatoes, sauté the snow peas with a pinch of salt.

Serve the purée as a base, arrange with the sautéed snow peas, and finish with the cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
