preparation
Create your plant-based burgers or veggie balls in a few simple steps
Pour the entire content of the bag into a large bowl.
Add 200ml of cold water(3-4°C) and 45g of vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and homogeneous. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Shape into burger patties. You can also freeze them and cook them at a later time.
Cook in a oiled hot pan for 3 minutes per side, or bake for 15 minutes in a static oven preheated to 160°C/320°F.
Season it and enjoy!
