  • 20 g of Beamy plant-based mix for Egg
  • 80 g of cold water from the refrigerator (4°C)
  • 200 g of 00 flour
  • 50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 160 g of sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder (16 g)
  • 75 g of seed oil
  • 180 g of plant-based drink
  • 1 packet of vanillin (0.5 g)
  • Powdered sugar to taste

PROCEDURE

Preheat the static oven to 180°C (356°F)

In a bowl, pour in the Beamy plant-based mix for Egg and the cold water from the refrigerator, whisking until smooth. Add the milk and oil, and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and vanillin. Join together the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk well until smooth.

Pour the final mixture into a greased and floured cake pan, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before taking it out of the pan.
