1 package of Beamy mix for Mince + 200ml of water + 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
100 g mirepoix (diced carrots, celery, onion)
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
30 g of mozzarella cheese
5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 glass of water
8 mini piadina wraps
Salt to taste
Evo oil to taste

PROCEDure

Pour the content of the Beamy bag into a bowl. Add 200 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.

Prepare the mirepoix by heating the vegetables with a tablespoon of oil. Once ready, pour the rehydrated Beamy plant-based mix into the pan and cook, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes. Add three tablespoons of tomato paste and half a glass of water, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt or herbs to taste.

Lightly heat the mini piadina wraps on both sides and fill them with the prepared filling.

Finally, top the mini piadina wraps with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and the diced onion.
