  • 1 pack of Beamy egg alternative mix (60g) + 240g of cold water from the refrigerator (4°C)
  • 1 Avocado
  • Sliced bread

PROCEDURE

In a bowl, pour the entire contents of the Beamy egg alternative powder and the cold water from the refrigerator (4°C) and mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Heat a little oil in a pan and pour the mixture into it.

Cook over low heat, and when the mixture begins to solidify, stir with a spatula to break the mixture and achieve a scrambled effect. It will take about 4-5 minutes of cooking in total.

Toast the bread slices in the pan or in the toaster.

Clean the avocado and cut it into thin slices.

Assemble your avocado toast by arranging the avocado slices and the scrambled vegan eggs on the toasted bread slices and adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
